About the Owners (current and former)
Jerry and Lorre Jones: purchased Titan in Jan 2019, and keep her on Hilton Head Island, S.C. They currently live in Fayette County, GA and have two daughters and 5 grandchildren.

-Hull/paint, 2/19-5/19, had Titan pulled at boatyard in Wanchese N.C., Hull taken own to fiberglass and refaired, freeing ports reglassed, epoxy and barrier coated, bottom paint and all exterior blue paint redone.
-Exhaust,2/19-5/19, Exhaust system replaced from muffler aft.
-Packing gland, 2/19-5/19, Packing gland replaced with PFTE material.
-Electronics, 5/19, All New Garmin Electronics, Chartplotter, Autopilot, AIS, Nema 2000, 2x Transducers, 1 digital, 1 analog, extra depth finder display, extra GMI 20 display head (to operate autopilot if Chartplotter in full screen mode), New Phantom24 radar. New LED Spotlight.
-New refrigeration, 6/19, new compressor unit, new copper lines, cooling unit.
-Wave wifi system installed with wifi and cellular antennas, Verizon sim chip used.
-Solar, 9/19, New 4x100W Renogy solar panels on Plothouse roof, new EPPT charge controller.
-Inverter/Charger, 9/19, New Victron Multiplus 12/2000/80-50 120V VE bus, Inverter Charger
-Batteries/ wiring 9/19, New 3x4D Deep Cycle batteries, DC power supply converted to 1 House Bank for starting and house needs.
-Air conditioning, 9/19, 2x Dometic 16000 BTU A/C, reverse cycle heat units installed.
-Teak deck 9/20-3/21, New ½” Burmese Teak deck installed, quarter sawn, no screws or bungs!
-Cap rail and exterior teak repaired and refinished 9/20-3/21, 12-14 Coats of Epifanes Marine Varnish used.
-Doors, 9/20-3/21, disassembled, redone, refinished with 12-14 coats of Epifanes Marine Varnish.
-Mast, boom, mast gallows, Davit mounts,Navigation lights, rear teak steps to dinghy deck, 9/20-3/21, redone, new lights, rewired, refinished with 12-14 coats of Epifanes Marine Varnish.
-Salon and Pilothouse 5/21, , new cushions, new foam, Sunbrella covers.
-Floor panels,5/21, all removable floor panels in salon stripped and refinished.
-New Television in Salon, new Microwave.
-Dinghy stripped, primed , painted, new Suzuki 2hp, 4 stroke engine.

- Cummins 4BT3.9M 100hp turbocharged diesel engine (Ser# 44129450), 1350 hours (2/06) ***Engine hours: best available info: a posting on lnvt.org at 02/06 showed 1350hrs, Key Stage at purchase 09/07 hour meter showed 301.5hrs, Jerald Jones at purchase 01/19 hour meter showed 912.0hrs. Hour meter appears to have been replaced prior to Key Stage purchase, estimate at 1400, which would put total time at 2312 for 01/2019.
