Gary Mullard - reports that when he bought Raven she was in very good shape. He first kept her on Lake Union (Seattle, WA) where he had many upgrades done and then in 2000 moved her to Anacortes, WA
John Colver - a member of the Corinthian Yacht Club. Owned a number of sail boats over the years. He bought Hull #4 from someone that owned the tug for many years and moored in the Sacramento River Delta. John had a lot of work done on the tug in a San Rafael, CA yard and took good care of her.
